摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理模式对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法收集2012年8月至2013年11月我院接诊的140例手术治疗患者的病例资料,随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。结果护理后,观察组患者对医护态度、医护水平、健康宣教及心理干预满意度分别为98.6%、100%、97.1%及100%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组护理质量90分以上为47.1%,而对照组护理质量90分以上为22.9%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论人性化护理措施能让患者保持舒适的身心状态,有效提高护理质量及护理满意度,有利于患者手术顺利进行,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of humane care model on care quality and patient satisfaction for operating room.Methods A total of 140 cases of surgical patients were included in the study and divided into obserbation group and control group , 70 patients with the humane care measures and the other 70 cases were treated with routine care measures.Results After treatment , patients in the observation group with care attitude , patient care , health education and psychological intervention satisfaction were respectively 98.6 %, 100%, 97.1%and 100%, were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) , quality of care more than 90 points in ob-servation group was 47.1%, while the control group was 22.9%, the differences were significantly ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Humane care measures can make the patient's physical and mental state to maintain a comfortable , improve the quality of care and it is worthy of clini-cal application.
