摘要 引火归元是中医的治疗方法之一,也是肉桂的主要功效之一。根据热敏通道原理,肉桂中的肉桂醛是寒通道TRPA1的激动剂,具有清热的特性能够清火,而肉桂醛也能通过大脑激活肾上腺分泌肾上腺素产生全身的热感,而有温阳作用,二者功效的叠加产生了引火归元药效。 Leading fire to its origin is one of the treating methods in the Traditional Chinese Medicine. This idea is also shared as the main function of cinnamon. According to the principle of the Thermo-TRPs, cinnamaldehyde acts as a agnoist in the cold channel TRPA1, which is able to remove heat. In addition, cinnamaldehyde produces heat into body to make people feel warm by activating adrenal glands to excrete adrenalin. These two effects actually are the reason of the fire Leading to its origin.
