摘要 建立了离子色谱一脉冲安培法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中葡萄糖、果糖、乳糖及蔗糖的方法。婴幼儿配方乳粉经处理后的四种物质以CarboPacPA1高效阴离子交换柱为分析柱,氢氧化钠为淋洗液,梯度洗脱,脉冲安培检测器(PAD)检测,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明,葡萄糖、果糖、乳糖及蔗糖在CarboPacPA1上可以在30min内完成分离。样品测定的平均回收率在80%-100%之间。精密度测试结果的RSD均小于6%。该检测方法样品前处理操作简单、分离效果好、保留时间短,可作为婴幼儿配方乳粉中葡萄糖、果糖、乳糖及蔗糖含量的一种快速检测方法。 A chromatographic method was developed for the determination of s Glucose, Fructose, Lactose and Sucrose in Infant Formula Powder. CarboPac PAl high performance anion exchange column(HPAEC) as splitter, NaOH as eluent, gradient elution, pulsed amperometric detection(PAD), qualitative analysis with retaining time, quantitative analysis with external reference method, glucose, fructose, lactose and sucrose could be separated well in 30rain by CarboPac PAl. The average recovery rate of samples was between 80% and 100%. The RSD of the precision test were less than 6%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for glucose, fructose,lactose and sucrose in infant formula powder.
