校职过渡期大学生职业辅导新进展 被引量：1

摘要 校职过渡期大学生职业辅导的研究和实践近五年的新进展主要表现在三方面:深入发掘影响校职过渡的因素;职业决策辅导趋于具体;职业适应力研究占据职业辅导研究的核心地位。国内校职过渡期大学生职业辅导工作应首先界定职业辅导专业的内涵,在此基础上推动大学生职业辅导工作向全面化、个性化方向发展。
