摘要
相思子是一种药用价值极高的药材,在我国主要分布于广东、广西、云南、台湾、福建等省区,功效清热解毒、生津和利尿等,富含生物碱、黄酮类和三萜皂苷类等有效成分,在保肝、抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤等方面具有良好的生物活性,在医药、保健和食品方面均有应用,一直备受国内外关注。本文对相思子的化学成分及药理作用进行了文献整理和分析,为其深入研发提供一定的文献基础和思路。
Abrus precatorius,a kind of traditional Chinese Medicine with high value,is mainly distributed in Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan,Taiwan,Fujian and other provinces of China.Its effect includes detoxification,fluid and diuretic etc.In addition,Abrus precatorius contains lots of chemical constituents,like alkaloids,flavonoids and triterpenoid saponins etc.Abrus precatorius has attracted lots of attention for its therapeutic effects,like hepatoprotective,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor,as well as its wide application in medicine,health care and food.This paper will review recent studies of Abrus precatorius on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects,which may provide a basis for further its development.
