摘要
1例70岁女性患者,因急性胰腺炎给予泮托拉唑注射剂(泮托拉唑40mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100mL)静脉滴注,在滴入液体约50mL,10min时出现过敏性休克。本文对泮托拉唑致过敏性休克的机制和处理措施进行了讨论并对此药的临床应用提出合理化建议。
One case of anaphylactic shock was reported in this paper. A 70-year-old female patient with acute pancreatitis was treated with pantoprazole injection（40mg/100 mL 0.9% sodium chloride）. Anaphylactic shock occurred at 10 min after intravenous infusion of about 100 mL. The mechanism of pantoprazole induced anaphylactic shock was discussed and reasonable suggestions for the clinical applications of this drug were put forward.
