摘要
对丙二醇头孢曲嗪片进行溶出度测定及方法学研究。方法：照中国药典2005年版二部附录X C第二法,以水为介质,转速为100r/min,溶出时间30min,紫外分光光度法检测波长为270nm。结果：丙二醇头孢曲嗪片在0.0041~0.0492mg/ml的范围内,吸收值A与浓度C成良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9998（n=7）;平均回收率为98.71%,RSD为2.17%（n=9）。结论：该方法准确、快速、简便,可作为丙二醇头孢曲嗪片的溶出度测定方法。
Cefatrizine Propylene Glycolate Tablets＇ dissolution the determination and the methodology research. Method：According to the Chinese pharmacopoeia in 2005 the version two appendix X C second law,take the water as the medium,the rotational speed is 100 r /min,dissolves time 60 min,the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method examination wave length is270 nm. Result：Cefatrizine Propylene Glycolate Tablets in the 0. 0041 ~ 0. 0492 mg /ml scope,absorption value A and density C becomes the good linear relations,correlation coefficient r = 0. 9998（n = 7）;The average returns- ratio is 98. 71%,RSD is 2. 17%（n = 9）. Conclusion：This method is accurate,is fast,is simple,may be the determination method as Cefatrizine Propylene Glycolate Tablets＇ disslution.
