生物共振结合中医药对小儿紫癜性肾炎防治研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨生物共振结合中医药对小儿紫癜性肾炎的治疗效果,为小儿紫癜性肾炎的防治提供参考依据。方法选取本院2009年1月至2012年12月确诊为紫癜性肾炎的126例患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组与治疗组,治疗组66例,对照组60例。两组患儿在基础治疗、中医辩证分型、中医治疗原则等方面完全一致,对照组采用经方、验方,治疗组采用生物共振筛选组方。结果治疗组总有效率为93.9%,对照组为70%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中医药对小儿紫癜性肾炎的防治有一定的优势,值得在基层推广;生物共振有利于中药的优选与组伍。 Objective To investigate the effect of treatment of the biological resonance and traditional Chinese medicine for purpura nephritis in children, and provide the reference for prevention of purpura nephritis in children. Method Selected 126 children as the object, who diagnosed to be purpura nephritis in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012, and adopted the case-control study, 126 children were divided into two groups according to random number table, 60 cases in control group, 66 cases in treatment group;as to the treatment, control group and treatment group completely consistent in basic treatment, the Chinese medicine dialectical classiifcation and the therapeutic principles of traditional Chinese medicine. As to the selection and combination of traditional Chinese medicine, used proved recipe and classical prescription in control group, used composite prescription filtered by biological resonance in treatment group. Result Treatment group total effectiveness was 93.9%, control group total effective rate was 70%, the rate difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion There are some advantages of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention of purpura nephritis in children, and is well worth popularizing in base unit. Biological resonance is beneifcial to the optimization and combination of traditional Chinese medicine.
