摘要 介绍了预制混凝土布料机液压系统主要功能和设计原理。在分析布料机液压系统动作要求和功能的基础上,提出了该布料机液压系统的组成方案;从设计要求和技术参数着手,阐述了液压系统参数的确定、液压元件的计算与选择。通过对阀块底板进行仿真,研究其压力损失,找出易于产生涡流的地方,针对性地进行改进。经过市场验证:该液压系统适应施工工地转场频繁的情况,可以满足建设的需要。 An introduction to the main function and design principal of the hydraulic system for the precast concrete distributor was presented. Based on analyzing the action requirements and functions of the hydraulic system,the composition of the hydraulic sys-tem of the precast concrete distributor was put forward. From the view of design specifications and technical parameters,the determi-nation of the hydraulic system parameters,the calculation and selection of hydraulic components were expounded. Improvement was done by simulating the two kinds of the manifold backplanes and studying its pressure loss to find vortices place where was easy to pro-duce. After market verification,this hydraulic system adapts to the situation of frequent ferry in construction site and meets the need of construction.
