摘要
将外径22mm和外径19mm两种转子以3:1、2:1、1:1三种比例方式交叉排列,并对其进行了强化传热及阻力特性实验研究。为保证实验方法和实验结果的准确性,对光管进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:交叉排列方案2:1的努塞尔数Nu最高,其强化传热综合评价因子PEC值与外径全22mm方案基本相同;而交叉排列方案3:1与方案1:1之间的Nu和PEC值相差不大,但也明显高出外径全19mm方案,这说明将两种不同外径的转子交叉排列具有很好的综合强化传热效果。单纯就这两种外径转子而言,将其以2:1的比例方式排列得到的综合强化传热效果最佳。
Rotors of diameter 22mm and 19mm were cross arranged in three ways:3:1,2:1,1:1 and experiments on heat transfer enhancement and friction characteristics of tubes inserted with these rotors were conducted. To ensure the reliability and accuracy of the experiment apparatus and methods, validation experiment of plain tube was carried out. The experimental results revealed that: Nusselt number (Nu) of cross arrangement scheme 2:1 was the highest, and its performance evaluation criteria (PEC) of heat transfer enhancement was nearly the same with scheme of diameter 22mm; Nu and PEC of cross arrangement schemes 3:1 and 1:1 were not much different, but they were still obviously higher than that of scheme of diameter 19mm, which meant that it was beneficial to get excellent comprehensive thermal performance to cross arrange rotors of two different diameter. As far as rotors of the two diameter, when they were cross arranged in ratio 2:1, comprehensive thermal performance obtained was the best.
