摘要
磨削加工过程中的磨削液与空气形成的两相流对磨削液的利用效果影响较大。研究和分析磨削液与空气在磨削区相互作用机理,对于合理设计供液参数、提高磨削液利用率及降低磨削液对环境的影响具有重要的工程意义。在研究VOF方法基础上,对磨削区气液两相流进行仿真,获得磨削液在不同喷嘴位置和最小间隙的条件下向磨削区射流时体积分数分布特征。通过磨削实验,研究磨削供液参数对工件表面完整性的影响机制,并验证仿真实验结果。
The two-phase flow, formed by grinding fluid and air, has great effect on grinding process in grinding zone. Therefore, it is engineering signification to study and analyze the mechanism of grinding fluid and air interaction, for reasonably designing parameters o fluid supply system, improving the utilization and reducing the environmental impact of grinding)quid. Based on VOF method, the air and)quid two-phase flow is simulated, as well as the grinding fluid volume fraction distribution is obtained under different nozzle positions and minimum gap conditions. Through the experiments of grinding, the influencing mechanisms of grinding fluid parameters to the surface integrity are studied, and the simulation results are verified.
