摘要
二十世纪 90年代以来 ,印度软件产业的突出成就引人瞩目 ;而推动印度此产业发展的各种政策因素 ,成为发展中国家科技界、产业界的研究热点。本文从经济、科技、教育、外交安全、社会发展等不同政策角度 ,分析印度软件产业取得成功的各种原因 。
Ever since the nineties of the 20th century, the outstanding achievements of software industry in India have become notable and the policies which help to encourage the development of this industry have therefore become the forcus of attention of the scientific and technological circles, industrial circles in the developing countries. I would like to make an analysis of its various reasons for their achievenments in software industry from differrent angles of policies in economy, science and technology, education, diplomatic safety and social development, and expound its significance, so that we can find out what is really important to us.
