摘要
介绍了目前高校维修工程编制工程量清单出现项目特征描述不完整、错误、工程量清单偏差大、漏项的问题及原因,最后针对各种问题提出了提高编制人员业务水平、加强维修工程招标前期管理、完善维修工程清单校对复核制度等对策,以提高维修工程量编制质量。
This paper introduced the problems and reasons of not complete item characteristics description, error, big deviation BOQ, leakage term of present colleges repair engineering BOQ, finally put forward improvement of staff business level, colleges repair engineering bidding pre- phase management, improvement of repair engineering BOQ review institution and other countermeasures according to various problems, in order to improve the repair engineering preparation quality.
