摘要
通过对两个有影响的国际项目失败原因的分析,提出了国际工程市场营销的重要性,并对建筑企业国际工程营销中存在的问题进行了研究,提出了严肃对待投标工作、提升自身设计能力建设、加强营销队伍建设等对策,以提高国内建筑企业在国际工程市场中的竞争力。
Through analyzing two international projects failures, the paper puts forward the importance of international engineering marketing, studies its existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as strictly controlling bidding, improving self-design capability, and strengthening marketing construction and so on, with a view to improve the competitiveness of domestic construction enterprises in international engineering market.
