摘要
目的:优选乳痛消凝胶膏剂的制备工艺。方法:以光泽性、持粘力、基质残留、皮肤追随性和反复揭贴性为考察指标,采用正交试验设计,优选乳痛消凝胶膏剂的基质配比和成型工艺。结果:优选乳痛消凝胶膏剂基质最佳处方为卡波姆:聚丙烯酸钠:羧甲基纤维素钠:聚乙烯醇:明胶:甘油:丙二醇=0.4∶0.6∶0.6∶1.0∶1.8∶30∶30;凝胶膏剂成型工艺为搅拌转速175 r·min-1,炼和温度为45℃,炼和时间为15 min,中药∶基质=1∶4。结论:优选乳痛消凝胶膏剂的持粘力、光泽性、赋型性均较好,制备工艺良好。
Objective ：To optimize preparation process of Rutongxiao gel-ointment （乳痛消凝胶膏剂）. Methods： Orthogonal design test was employed to optimize matrix proportion and molding technology of Rutongxiao gel-ointment with glossiness, adhesiveness, matrix residue, skin following and repeatedly exposing as indexes. Results： Optimum matrix proportion of carbomer： sodium polyacrylate ： sodium carboxymethylcellulose ： polyving akohol ： gelatin ： glycerol ： propylene glycol was 0.4：0.6：0.6：1.0： 1.8：30：30; Optimized molding technology were that stiring speed was 175 r. min-l; refining temperature was 45℃; refining time was 15 rain; the Chinese medicine： matrix was 1：4. Conclusion： The preparation process is good and optimized Rutongxiao gelointment has a good adhesive power, excipients and glossiness.
