电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定明胶空心胶囊中铬元素含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立测定药用明胶空心胶囊中铬元素含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法。方法采用微波消解法进行样品前处理,再经电感耦合等离子质谱法,以锗为内标进行测定。结果铬元素质量浓度线性范围为2~40μg/L,回归方程相关系数r=0.999 9,方法的检出限为0.006μg/L,回收率为92.90%~108.40%。结论该方法快捷、准确、灵敏度高,适用于铬元素含量的测定。 Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS method for the determination of the chromium content in gelatin hollow capsule. Methods The samples were pre- treated by the microwave digestion method. Chromium was directly detected by ICP- MS with germanium as internal standard element. Results The linear range was 2- 40 μg / L( r = 0. 999 9),the detection limit was 0. 006 μg / L and the recovery rate was 92. 90%- 108. 40%. Conclusion This method is rapid,accurate,highly sensitive and suitable for determining the chromium content in gelatin hollow capsules.
