摘要
为了研究大型活动突发重大或特大事件时的应急避难所选择情况,综合考虑了应急避难所的交通可达性、总疏散距离和容量限制,建立了多目标应急避难所选择模型,并通过算例分析验证了模型的可行性和合理性。
In order to study the situation of selecting emergency shelters during unexpected large-scale events, this paper comprehensively considers the traffic accessibility, the total evacuation distance and the capacity constraints of emergency shelters, sets up a multi-objective selection model of emergency shelters, and finally gives a numerical example to verify the feasibility and rationality of the model.
