摘要
敷设于舰船湿表面上的抗冲瓦可以有效提高舰船的抗水下爆炸冲击性能。本文从抗冲瓦的结构拓扑参数方面来研究其抗冲击特性,讨论了不同强度冲击载荷下抗冲瓦的优化设计区域,提出了拓扑结构、应力平台与结构密度三参数优化设计方法,最终给出了一种较为优化的结构形式。
In order to improve the underwater explosion impact resistant performance of ships, a hyper- elastic antishocklayer is adhered to the ship’s wet surface. Structure parameters and blast-resistant characteristics of the anti-shock layerare investigated, and the optimal design region of the anti-shock layer under different impact loads is discussed. The optimaldesign method of three parameters, such as topology structure, stress platform and structure density, is proposed. The dynamicresponse of the hull structure with anti-shock layer subjected to far-field underwater explosion is studied. And then,the effect of the optimization design of the anti-shock layer is evaluated and confirmed by simulation results.
