摘要
[目的]探讨医护闭合式循环沟通培训在急性心肌梗死病人抢救配合中的作用。[方法]运用医护闭合式循环沟通培训评价调查问卷对我院急诊科38名医护人员进行急性心肌梗死医护配合急救流程闭合式循环沟通培训调查,通过现场模拟演练进行培训前后对比。[结果]38名医护人员对医护闭合式循环沟通评价满意度提高,培训前后总分及各维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]医护闭合式循环沟通配合培训法可以提高急性心肌梗死抢救效率,保证抢救工作质量。
Obj ective：To probe into the effect of medical closed circular com-munication training in rescuing action of patients with acute myocardial in-farction.Methods：A total of 38 medical personnels were investigated by u-sing closed circular communication training evaluation questionnaire on a-cute myocardial infarction emergency care process closed cycling communi-cation training in the emergency department of our hospital,then to com-pare before and after training through field simulation exercise.Results：The satisfaction of all 38 medical personnel on medical closed circling communi-cation evaluation was improved,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant in the total score and the score of each dimension before and after training （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Medical closed cycling communication co-ordination training method can improve the efficiency of rescue of acute my-ocardial infarction,ensure the quality of rescue work.
