摘要
医师多点执业是医改至关重要的一个环节,政策推行以来效果不明显,多点执业陷入了困境。通过对国内外关于医师多点执业问题的研究进行了系统科学的梳理,在此基础上,阐述了当前国内医师多点执业实施的困难,对医师多点执业研究的不足、重点和趋势进行了总结和展望。
Multiple-site physician license is one of the most important contents of healthcare reform. However, the effect is limited since the policy is implemented. This article systematically reviews the researches about multiple-site license both at home and abroad. Based on literature review, the deficiency, key point and trends of multi-sites license research and the difficulties of implementing multi-sites license in China are discussed.
