摘要
浙江大学医学院附属二院建德分院以建立县级综合性公立医院及其部门、科室、个人的绩效目标评价作为研究对象,集合目标、平衡、关键业绩等理论和原则,综合多种研究方法,建立了以医院战略发展目标为前提,以院长行政综合查房为重点,以职能科室考评为依据,以科室自评、全员参与为基础,病人参与及社会监督为补充的360绩效目标评价体系。在提升医院绩效管理的规范化、科学化、精细化等方面收到了良好的效果。
Taking department, section and staff's performance goal as research object, according to the goal, balance and key performance theory and principle and combined with a series of research methods, Zhejiang University Affiliated the Second Hospital Jiande Branch Hospital has established 360 performance goal assessment system which can summarized as hospital strategy development goal as the precondition, hospital director's administration ward rounds as the key point, department assessment as the foundation and self assessment and full participation as the basis. It has got good effect on improving hospital performance standardization, scientific and refined management.
