学习型社会视角下对高职高专社会助学的思考——以贵州省为例

摘要 建设"人人可学、人人要学、人人能学"的学习型社会是社会发展的必然要求。特以贵州省为例,总结已开展的助学实践经验教训的基础上,初步探讨学习型社会中高职高专社会助学的重要意义和新的助学作法。在学习型社会中,推动高职院校社会助学的新发展,需要我们创新助学方法,把培养学习自主性和自觉性作为高职高专助学的最终目标,实施学分银行、学分互认等高职高专助学的新形式,开展网络助学、短期社会培训等助学新方式,建立健全高职院校的助学管理机构和管理办法,实现助学的制度化、规范化。 To construct a learning society in which everyone may learn,everyone wants to learn, everyone can learn is an inevitable requirement for social development. Taking Guizhou Province as an example,this paper studies the social significance and new measures of higher vocational college assist in the learning society. Developing autonomous learning ability and consciousness is the ulti-mate goal of Higher Vocational College assist,and such new forms as credits bank and mutual recog-nition of credits should be carried out,online assist study and short-term social training should be established to improve the management organization and measures,and try to achieve institutionali-zation and standardization.
