摘要
目的:分析2型糖尿病患者下肢血管的超声改变情况。方法:将2012年5月-2014年5月笔者所在医院接诊的2型糖尿病患者53例作为研究对象(研究组),将同期接待的健康体检人员50例作为对照组。两组对象皆进行下肢血管超声检查,包括双侧下肢股动脉、足背动脉、腘动脉等。对比分析两组对象一般资料,同时观察记录血脂、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素等变化,及下肢血管病变情况,并进行组间对比分析。结果:研究组患者空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及高/低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者下肢血管病变率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者股动脉、足背动脉、腘动脉等处血管内径、收缩期峰值流速与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者存在明显下肢血管病变,采用超声诊断可检出血管病变情况,显示血脂代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗等,能为临床诊治提供参考,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analysis the patients with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular ultrasound change situation.Method:53 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 as subject(the study group),50 cases physical examination personnel were chosen as the control group.Two groups of objects on lower limb vascular ultrasound,including the bilateral lower limb artery,dorsalis pedis artery, popliteal artery,etc.Analysis the two groups of objects in general information,and at the same time observation record their changes of blood lipid, fasting glucose,fasting insulin,and lower extremity vascular lesions,and compared between two groups.Result:The fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride and high/low density lipoprotein cholesterol of the study group compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The study group were significantly higher than the control group in lower limb vascular lesions ratio,comparing differences between groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The femoral artery,dorsalis pedis artery,popliteal artery and vascular diameter,the peak systolic velocity of the study group compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Diabetic patients exist obvious lower limb vascular lesions,take the ultrasonic diagnosis of vascular lesions,can be detected according to blood lipid metabolic disturbance,insulin resistance,etc.It can offer reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,is worth of using for reference.
