低碳微合金钢中钒的替代研究

摘要 通过对含钒和不含钒试验钢的显微组织分析和力学性能测试,研究了低碳微合金钢中以铌代钒的可行性。试验结果表明,在低碳微合金钢中以铌代钒具有可行性。铌可以通过细晶强化、析出强化和相变强化等作用,保证以铌代钒后试验钢的力学性能,同时还能降低屈强比、改善焊接性能和轧制织构,并具有一定的经济效益。 This article studied the feasibility of niobum in replacement of vanadium in low-carbon micro alloyed steel by mechanical property tests and microstructures analysis carried out on two kinds of steels micro alloyed with V and without V. The results showed that it has the feasibility to use Nb in replacement of V in low-carbon micro alloyed steel by tensile through the grain-refinement strengthening, precipitation strengthening and phase transformation strengthening by Nb. And it can guarantee the mechanical properties of the niobium vanadium steel test, reduce the yield ratio, improve weldability and rolling texture, and have a certain economic benefits.
