焊接车间照明改善及仿真分析

摘要 以某厂的环境照度为研究对象进行照明方案的设计与仿真研究,通过对该厂的企业调研及照明数据分析,明确影响照度稳定性和分布均匀性、协调性等原因.通过照度标准和人因工程有关知识对厂区照度进行改进与完善,主要根据灯具布置,灯具选择,经济性分析等依据来制定照明改善方案,并通过Dialux仿真软件加以判断方案的可行性,应用两种不同灯具方案进行经济性对比分析,提高照明质量,从而达到改善视觉条件,提高工作效率的目的. A factory environment illumination was taken as the research object of lighting solution in the design and simulation study, the factors which influence illumination uniformity, stability and distribution coordina- tion were clere-cut. The factory illumination was improved and perfected by the illuminanee standard and the related engineering knowledge. The lighting improvement plan was made mainly according to the arrangement of lamp distribution and choice and economic analysis. Besides, the feasibility is judged through the simula- tion software Dialux, and two different schemes for the lamp economic contrast analysis were applied to im- prove the quality of Fighting, so to achieve better visual conditions and enhance the efficiency of the work.
