摘要
在铁尾矿与石灰不同比例的条件下制备加气混凝土试样,经冻融循环后,测试其质量损失和强度损失,重点分析了石灰对加气混凝土抗冻性能的影响,并利用XRD和SEM等分析方法,研究了不同制备条件下加气混凝土试样的水化产物及结构特点。研究表明:当石灰与铁尾矿的比例为25∶60时,加气混凝土14 d的密度为565 kg/m3,抗压强度为3.34 MPa,15次冻融后试样的质量损失率和强度损失率分别为4.9%和22%;水化产物以托勃莫来石和C-S-H为主。
Aerated concrete was made by controlling the ratio between lime and iron tailings,then its mass loss and compressive strength loss were tested after freezing-thawing cycles,and the influence of different lime content on the frost resistance of aerated concrete was studied. The hydration products and structural characteristics of aerated concrete under different conditions were studied by XRD and SEM.The results indicate that: when the mass ratio between lime and iron tailings is 25 ∶ 60,with the 14 d curing,the samples' density could reach 565 kg /m3,strength reach 3.34 MPa,the loss rate of mass and strength of 15 freezing-thawing cycles reach 4. 9% and 22%; the hydration products contain tobermorite and C-S-H.
