摘要
目的：对泸州地区青少年儿童患者正畸治疗前后的COHRQOL变化进行比较研究,为泸州地区正畸患者口腔健康状况的评估提供了参考依据。方法：在泸州市三所初高中学校随机选取12~15岁600名中学生,使用儿童青少年口腔健康影响程度量表the child oral health impact profile（COHIP）进行调查并作为对照,随机选取泸州医学院附属口腔医院正畸科12~15岁的400名初诊患者（治疗前组）,与已结束正畸治疗正戴用保持器的青少年患者（保持器组）400名,并在青少年患者（治疗前组）中随机选取100人作,追踪随访至8个月作为治疗中监测,将三组得出的COHIP分值进行比较,统计检验诊疗前后的COHIP均值差异性,分析治疗结果满意度与量表的影响。结果：本研究中,将青少年正畸患者（正畸前组和保持器组）和正常青少年在COHIP总分及各领域得分比较,在COHIP总分、口腔健康、功能健康、社会-情感健康,自我形象和学校环境的得分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,在追踪病例方面（追踪至8月）,青少年患者治疗前组,追踪8月组和治疗后保持器组评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：正畸治疗对口腔健康相关生活质量（COHRQOL）存在影响。
Objective： To study the influence of orthodontic treatment on child oral health related quality of life（COHRQOL） in adolescent orthodontic patients in Luzhou. Methods： The COHRQOL of three groups of children 12~15 years old were surveyed by ＂The child oral health impact profile＂（COHIP） and the results were compared and analyzed：600 normal middle school students normal control,400 orthodontic children before treatment（100 children were followed-up for 8 months）,and 400 patients after treatment（with retaining appliance）.Results： The difference on the overall COHIP score,oral health,functional,well-being,social-emotional, well-being school environment, and self-image subscales of the COHIP scores between the normal adolescent and adolescent orthodontic patients was significant（P〈0.05）.The normal adolescents had higher score than adolescent orthodontic patients. Conclusion： COHRQOL is affected by orthodontic treatment.
