摘要
应用主成分分析法对74份蓖麻种质的农艺性状进行综合评价,在常规栽培密度下,探索主穗、分枝的果穗产量对蓖麻单株产量的影响,为蓖麻优良新品种选育及推广应用提供理论依据。试验结果表明,蓖麻单株产量由主穗、一二三级分枝的果穗产量构成,比例分别为18.4%、44.7%、28.9%、7.6%,蓖麻群体单株产量的组合形式可分为主穗产量型、主穗与分枝产量型、分枝产量型3种类型。通过对19个蓖麻性状主成分分析确定7个主成分,累计贡献率为86.69%,分别为分枝产量构成因子Ⅰ、植株长势构成因子、分枝产量构成因子Ⅱ、主穗产量构成因子Ⅰ、主穗产量构成因子Ⅱ、产量构成综合因子Ⅰ、产量构成综合因子Ⅱ,累计贡献率分别为33.2%、14.6%、10.1%、9.0%、7.3%、6.7%、5.6%,在影响蓖麻群体单株高产的性状中,植株长势良好,优先选择主穗及一二级分枝的产量,结合封顶打叉,可获得较高的产量。
The economical characters of 74 castor germplasm were evaluated by Principal Components Analysis (PCA).The effects of grain yield of main spike and branch under conventional cultivation was researched for providing the theoretic basis for high-yield breeding and cultivation of Castor.The results showed that the yield per plant was composed of main panicle and grain yield from the first,the second and the third levels branch,with the proportion of 18.4 %,44.7 %,28.9 %,7.6 % respectively.The combinative yield per plant was divided into 3 types:main panicle yield,main panicle and branch panicle yield,branch panicle yield.The PCA explained that 7 principal components could get the cumulative contribution of86.69 % from 19 castors characters,which include branch yield factor Ⅰ 33.2 %,plant growth fac-tor 14.6 %,branch panicle yield factor Ⅱ 10.1%,main panicle factor 9.0 %,main panicle factor Ⅱ 7.3 %,synthetical component yield factor Ⅰ 6.7 % and synthetical component yield factor Ⅱ 5.6 %.Therefore,it should be prior to select getting main panicle yield,first and second branch panicle yield in plants growth,and the higher yield could get by cutting main panicle and branch panicle.
