摘要
为探明小菜蛾不同抗性品系与敏感品系杂交的生物适合度变化,通过构建小菜蛾抗阿维菌素(A)、抗高效氯氰菊酯(B)和抗杀虫双(D)3个抗性品系及其6个杂交F1代(敏感品系分别与抗性品系杂交)和敏感品系(S)的种群生命表,研究了小菜蛾3个抗性品系分别与敏感品系杂交后的生物适合度。结果表明:3个抗性品系(A,B,D)的相对生物适合度均比敏感品系(S)的生物适合度(1.00)低,分别为0.72、0.79和0.59;6个杂交F1代A♀+S♂、A♂+S♀、B♀+S♂、B♂+S♀、D♀+S♂和D♂+S♀的生物适合度分别为0.82、0.79、0.87、0.90、0.71和0.74,比敏感品系低,但与抗性品系相比,其生物适合度均有所提高,有利于小菜蛾抗性品系种群的发展。
To explore the biological fitness variation of different insecticide resistant strains and susceptible strains hybrids,the relative biological fitness of P.xylostella were evaluated by constructing and comparing the life tables of three resistant strains (A)avermectin,(B)beta-cypermethrin,(D) thiosultap-disodium,the susceptible strain(S) and six F1 hybrid progenies from the reciprocal hybrids of the three resistant strains.The results revealed that the relative fitness value of the three resistant strains were 0.72,0.79 and 0.59,respectively,which were lower than that of the susceptible strain (relative fitness value as 1.0) ; and the relative fitness values of six F1 hybrid strains(A ♀ +S♂,A♂ +S♀,B♀ +S♂,B♂ +S♀,D♀ +S♂ and D♂ +S♀)were0.82,0.79,0.87,0.90,0.71 and 0.74,restively,which were also lower than that of the susceptible strain,but were higher than that of the three resistant strains.This was beneficial for the development of resistant strains population of P.xylostella.
