摘要
在某钢厂现有700MPa级高强钢的基础上,以下游用户需求为导向,通过对其化学成分进行优化,进一步提高Ti微合金元素含量,并制定针对性的轧制工艺,在1780热连轧机上成功试制了800MPa级低成本钛微合金化高强钢,通过对其进行性能检验,表明其具备良好的冷弯性能及焊接性能。分析认为,铁素体晶粒细化和TiC沉淀强化使钢的强度显著提高,同时保持良好的韧塑性。
Based on now available 700 MPa grade high strength steel, taking the down step customer requirement as guiding, throught its chemical component optimization, thus further enhanced the Ti microalloy element content, and drafted directed rolling mill practice, we successfully trial-produced the 800 MPa grade low cost high strength microalloy steel by the 1780 type hot continuous rolling mill machine, through the function test proved that the steel has good cold benging property and excellent welding characteristic. Analysis indicated that both febrite crystal fine-grained and TiC settlement intensify can be remarkably enhanced steel strength, at the same time keeped good toughness.
