固相萃取-高效液相色谱检测稻田土壤中五氟磺草胺的残留 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]在国内首次建立五氟磺草胺在稻田土壤中残留量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)定量检测分析方法。[方法]试验采用乙腈和水作为提取液,提取土壤中残留的五氟磺草胺,用固相萃取柱净化、浓缩、定容,进行高效液相色谱测定。[结果]五氟磺草胺的最小检出量(LOD)为1.0 ng,最低检测质量分数(LOQ值)为0.1 mg/kg。在添加质量分数为0.1~1.0 mg/kg时,平均回收率为82.90%~108.24%,相对标准偏差为2.040 7%~8.702 6%。[结论]该方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求。 [Aims] Penoxsulam, one of the most effective herbicides, is used in rice field around the world. The quantitative determination method of penoxsulam residues in rice field soil by SPE-HPLCwas established in China for the first time. [Methods] The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and water, and the extract was purified by the column of SPE and concentrated, then detected by HPLC. [Results] The limit of detection for penoxsulam was 1.0 ng,and the limit of quantification was 0.1 mg/kg. With the addition concentrations of 0.1-1.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries and the relative standard deviation were 82.90-108.24% and 2.040 7-8.702 6%, respectively. [Conclusions] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method meet the demand of pesticide residue analysis.
