摘要
设计了低成本小型化的高压电源,先基于电感完成初步升压,并把直流输入变成交流脉冲电压,再把该交流电压倍压,进而得到期望的高压.详细地分析了电路的升压原理和过程,并给出了主要元件参量的参考计算公式.该电路在升压过程中,用电感和倍压电路作为主要升压模块,无变压器,电路结构简洁、系统稳定、易实现,且升压幅度大.
A new method was presented for miniaturized, low-cost high-voltage power supply. It consisted of two parts, the first part transformed the DC input into AC pulses, the second part multiplied the AC voltage through Cockcroft-Walton voltage multiplier. The principle and process of the circuit were analyzed and the calculation formula of the parameter of main elements was given. Because inductors and voltage multiplier were used as the main boost elements instead of transformers, the circuit was greatly simplified. This circuit had the advantages of stable, large amplitude and easy realization, and could be used in small power and high voltage power supply equipment. The main devices could be integrated to get a high voltage converter chip.
