摘要
针对龚嘴水电站水轮发电机组改造后出现的振动问题,通过对真机试验结果的分析,并与机组的实际运行记录进行比较,提出了调整、处理励磁轴线摆度或测量调整励磁滑环的圆度与同轴度,排查定转子空气间隙和转子绕组匝间短路以消除电磁不平衡,做调相运行工况试验进一步确认振动原因是水力不平衡还是电气不平衡,建立水轮机转轮模型仿真优化水力设计等措施,以改善水轮机稳定性和调节性。
For eliminating the vibration of turbine-generator sets after transformation in Gongzui Hydropower Station, the results of prototype tests are analyzed and compared with actual operation records. Some suggestions are presented based on analysis results, including adjusting the swing of excitation axis or measuring the roundness and concentricity of excitation slide ring, checking the air gap between rotor and stator and the short circuits of rotor winding to eliminate electromagnetic imbalance, conducting phase modulation operating test to further confirm the causes of vibration being hydraulic or electrical imbalance, and establishing simulation model of runner to optimize the hydraulic design of turbine.
