摘要
目的:观察六味地黄汤结合中医体质辨识治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将老年性阴道炎患者254例随机分为2组,均给予阴道置药,对照组106例同时给予六味地黄汤治疗,观察组148例同时应用六味地黄汤加中医体质辨识治疗,以六味地黄汤为主方,根据不同中医体质(平和质、气虚质、瘀血质、痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质)加入相应药物,以症状体征量化评分及治疗显效率、复发率判定2组患者临床疗效。结果:连续随访6月,2组患者治疗后临床症状明显缓解,观察组临床显效率为87.16%,明显高于对照组的67.92%(P<0.05);观察组阴道健康评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组复发率为14.18%明显低于对照组的33.02(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤结合中医体质辨识治疗老年性阴道炎,可显著缓解患者临床症状,改善患者阴道内环境,维持显效率,有效抑制复发,远期疗效好。
Objective： To observe curative effects of Liu Wei Di Huang decoction combined with TCM constitution differentiation in treating senile vaginitis. Methods： All 254 cases were randomized into two groups and accepted internal administration of the herbs in the vaginas, 106 patients of the control group took Liu Wei Di Huang decoction and 148 patients of the observation group received Liu Wei Di Huang decoction combined with TCM constitution differentiation simultaneously, Liu Wei Di Huang decoction was taken as the main prescription, and the corresponding drugs were added according to different TCM constitutions（peaceful, Qi deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm-damp,damp-heat, Qi stagnation）, clinical effects of both groups were assessed by relapse rate, markedly effective rate,quantized scales of the symptom and syndrome. Results： Both groups were followed up for six consecutive months,the patients in both groups were alleviated obviously after treating, markedly effective rate of the observation group was 87.16%, significantly higher than 67.92% of the control group（P〈0.05）; vaginal health scales of the observation group were evidently higher than these of the control group（P〈0.05）, and relapse rate of the observation group was 14.18%, notably lower than 33.02% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Liu Wei Di Huang decoction combined with TCM constitution differentiation in treating senile vaginitis could remarkably relieve clinical symptoms of the patients, improve vaginal internal environment, maintain markedly effective rate and inhibit the relapse effectively with good long-term effects.
