摘要
分析江西省莲花县水生态文明现状,以及存在水安全、水环境、水生态、水资源管理、水景观、水文化等问题,分别从这6个方面提出针对性措施,为江西省莲花县实现区域水生态文明,促进流域水生态文明建设,以及保障"鄱阳湖一湖清水"提供依据。
The current status of water-ecological civilization in Lianhua County of Jiangxi Province is analyzed,and the existing problems in its establishment are discussed.On this basis,some countermeasures are proposed from six aspects of water safety,water environment,water ecology,water management,water landscape and water culture.Accordingly,it may provide basis for the realization of regional water-ecological civilization and the promotion of establishment of water-ecological civilization in river basins as well as the guarantee of clear water in Poyang Lake.
