摘要
运用功能性故障模式、影响及危害性分析法(FMECA)对地铁列车运行过程中牵引与电制动子系统出现的故障模式进行详细的分析。在全面研究南京地铁3号线牵引与电制动子系统控制原理的基础上,对功能性FMECA分析得出的最严重的故障模式——全部动车切除,进行了可靠性框图(RBD)分析。通过定性定量分析,得出系统中的关键元器件,为列车牵引与电制动子系统的设计、制造以及维护提供指导,确保列车满足可靠性要求。
By using the method of functional failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), the failure modes oc- curred in the traction and electrical brake subsystem in subway train operation are analyzed in detail. Based on a comprehen- sive study of the control principle of traction and electrical brake subsystem on Nan^ing metro Line 3, the most serious fail- ure mode-excision of all moter cars-derived from the funtional FMECA is analyzed by using the reliability block diagram (RBD). Besides, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the key components are obtained, which provide the guidance for the design, manufacture and maintenance of the traction and electrical brake subsystem, to ensure that the reliability re- quirements for train be satisfied.
