摘要
针对沙特原油,以节能降耗、低温破乳为目标,从6种破乳剂中筛选出效果良好的单剂,并对其进行复配及化学改性,研制低温破乳剂。结果表明:破乳剂N在80℃、加药量10mg/L条件下,脱水率几乎达100%;而破乳剂S在60℃下、加药量为30mg/L时,脱水率可达84.6%,低温性能更好。将上述破乳剂N和S进行复配,在配比3∶5、总加药量40mg/L、温度60℃条件下脱水率接近100%。进一步采用一步合成法对低温性能最佳的破乳剂S进行丙烯酸改性并进行工艺条件优化,得到的产物在50℃、加药量10mg/L下脱水率达84.6%,具有更良好的低温破乳性能。
Performance of six industrial demulsifiers was investigated to demulsify Saudi crude oil at low temperatures. Two demulsifiers with the best performance were selected. The results show that demulsi- fier N has the dehydration rate of nearly 100% at 80℃ with the addition dosage of 10mg/L. Demulsifier S possesses lower dehydration temperature of 60℃ with the dehydration rate of 84.6% and the dosage of 30 mg/L. When the combination ratio of S to N is 3 : 5, the dehydration rate can achieve nearly 100% with the total addition dosage of 40mg/L at 60℃. The demulsifier S with low temperature performance was modified by one - step synthesis method with acrylic acid. The dehydration rate of the optimized product is 84.6% at 50℃ with the dosage of 10mg/L. It is shown that the product has better demulsifying ability at low temperature.
