PVA纤维对混凝土干缩性能影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 混凝土的开裂问题已成为目前工程界的热点和难点问题。随着混凝土强度的提高,混凝土结构开裂问题越来越明显。为了克服上述缺点,简单、易行的办法是掺纤维。通过在混凝土中加入不同产品种类,不同计量的PVA纤维后,以对比试验的方法,对混凝土的用水量和凝结时间,收缩性能做了深入研究,分析了各指标的基本变化规律,得出随着掺入PVA纤维量的增大,用水量增加,凝结时间延长,收缩加大,同时阐明了作用机理,进一步探明了掺PVA纤维混凝土的应用性能,为工程施工提供了理论依据。 At present ,cracking of concrete has become a heated and difficult issue in engineering field .With the im-provement of concrete strength ,cracking of concrete structures becomes more and more severe .In order to overcome the above disadvantages ,the most simple and easy way is to add fiber to concrete .Here ,by adding different products and measurements of PVA fiber ,the water consumption ,setting time and shrinkage of the concrete were studied through com-parison tests;the basic regularity of each index was analyzed .The results showed that with the increase of the incorpora-tion of PVA fiber content , the water consumption and shrinkage increased , setting time prolonged . Meanwhile , the mechanism was explained which furtherly proved the excellent performance of PVA fiber concrete .This study will provide theoretical support for engineering constructions .
