摘要
为有效提高学生的船舶电气设备维修实践能力,提出了一种简易实用的电气控制线路故障排查实验系统设计方法。该方法在电气设备的实际电路中嵌入中间继电器,通过控制继电器的通断来实现电气故障模拟,真实性和可操作性好。通过实例分析了船舶电气控制设备的典型故障及其模拟实现方法,完成了相应的实验装置研制并应用于实践教学中,取得了良好的教学效果。
It needs students to master not only the structure,principle and usage of the electric equipment,but also the maintenance technology.To improve the maintenance ability of the students,a simple and utility fault finding experiment system of electrical equipment is proposed.In the system,the middle relays are set in the real circuits to simulate the electrical faults,and have good authenticity and practicability.An example is given to demonstrate the classic ships electric equipment faults and their simulating methods.The experiment equipment is developed to apply in the experience teaching.The affectivity of the proposed experiment system is proved to be good.
