心脏成纤维细胞在心肌纤维化中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 心脏成纤维细胞(CFB)调节细胞外基质(ECM)合成和降解,是参与心脏损伤修复和心肌纤维化(MF)的关键细胞。多种来源的CFB聚集到损伤区域并活化,通过分化为肌成纤维细胞(MFB)、分泌多种生物活性因子,影响基质金属蛋白的酶/组织金属蛋白酶抑制(MMP/TIMP)系统,引起MF。本文综述了CFB来源、CFB对ECM的调节及CFB对MF作用的研究进展。
