摘要
目的:以活血化瘀立法,辨证施治中药内服的方式对慢性萎缩性胃炎进行诊治干预,从临床疗效、胃镜病检改变、血液流变学多角度综合探究中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:将80例CAG患者给予活血化瘀中药内服,3个月后进行胃镜及病理活检、血液流变学检查,以观察疗效。结果:中医证候疗效总有效率为88.75%,临床疗效总有效率为88.75%。治疗前后中医症状积分及血液流变学变化比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀疗法能改善CAG患者的临床症状,明显降低CAG患者血液流变学的各项指标,从而发挥其治疗作用。
Objective ： We diagnosed and treated chronic atrophic gastritis with promoting blood circulation to remove blood sta- sis method and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. To explore the effect of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis from the clinical effect, gastroscopy and pathology and hemorrheology. Methods ： 80 cases of CAG patients were given the herbs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to observe the curative effect after 3 months. Re- sults：The total efficiency of TCM syndrome was 88.75% and the total clinical efficiency was 88.75%. TCM symptoms integral and hemodynamic indices had significant difference before and after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis method can improve the clinical symptoms of CAG patients, and significantly reduce the hemodynamie in- dices of CAG oatients in order to exert their theraneutic effect.
