摘要
独立学院的培养目标是复合型和应用型人才,实验室建设和实验实践教学是独立学院的核心工作之一。从高校实验室的作用以及独立学院实验室建设的特点出发,结合通达学院实验室建设与管理的实践与探索,对独立学院实验室的建设与管理进行了探讨。针对信息通信类独立学院实验中心的建设,提出了"紧贴通信行业,发挥地域优势,强化专业建设,培养应用人才"的发展战略。在实验中心的建设中探索了自主建设与资源共享结合、实体建设与虚拟仿真结合、学校资源与社会资源结合的思想,为信息通信类独立学院实验中心的建设探索了新思路。
The cultivation objective of independent college is compound and applied talents,the objective makes the laboratory construction and experiment teaching become one of the most important works of the independent colleges.Based on the functions of university laboratories and characteristics of independent college laboratory construction,some issues of construction and management of laboratory are discussed by combined the laboratory construction with management practice in Tongda College, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Focusing on the construction of information and communication experimental center in independent colleges,this paper proposes a development strategy which focuses on the communications industry, enhances geographical advantages, steadies professional development,and trains applied talents,etc. Some innovational methods on construction of experimental center are introduced such as combination of self-construction and resources sharing,virtual simulation and physical construction,school resources and social resources,respectively.
