摘要
船舶上层建筑铝合金壁板的整体制作,涉及技术细节甚多,整个施工工艺过程应仔细探究和试验。基于铝合金材料的特性,分析焊接整体壁板的变形因素,灵活运用焊接辅助工装,优选焊接设备与焊丝,并注重施工过程的各类技术细节,制作专用工具及采用多种技术措施,严控焊接参数、控制变形、保障施工实效。探讨的技术流程,可作为其他船舶整体壁板施工时的技术支撑。
The overall production of the ship superstructure aluminum wallboard involves many technical details, so the whole assembly technological process should be carefully studied and tested. Based on the characteristics of aluminum material, this paper analyzes the influencing factors causing welding deformation of integral wallboard, and through appropriate use of welding fit-ups and correct selection of welding equipment and welding wires, close attention was paid to every technical details during the assembly process and special tools were made and many technical measures were taken, the welding parameters and deformation were strictly controlled, and the actual assembly effect was thus assured. The technical procedure can be used as technical support for the integral wallboard assembly on other ships.
