摘要
以测试混凝土抗压强度的试件为数值分析的对象,考虑试件内部存在贯穿整个试件1-2mm厚的细砂、中砂或粗砂形成的薄弱层缺陷,使得骨料与胶凝材料粘结不充分,针对混凝土的二、三轴强度,进行数值模拟分析,分析结果表明:由于缺陷的存在,不只是降低了材料的强度,同时也改变了分析试件的应力状态。当胶凝砂砾石材料施工方法不当时,骨料与胶凝材料粘结不充分现象是较难避免的,不容忽视;通过试件粘结质量对混凝土影响的分析,提供研究胶凝砂砾石材料筑坝问题的一种思路。
The essay makes the specimen as object of numerical analysis to test the compressive strength of concrete. Considered that internal of specimen exists throughout whole specimen 1 -2mm thick of sand, and in the sand or rough sand formed of weak layer defects, which makes aggregate and glue gel material bond to be not suffi- cient. For two and three-axis strength of concrete, with numerical simulation analysis, it shows that, due to the ex- istence of defects, not only reduces the strength of material, but also changes the stress state analysis of the specimen. When construction methods of cementitious gravel material is improperly and inadequate bond between aggregate and cement is more difficult to avoid, and can't be ignored. Through analysis of specimen by impact on bonding quality of concrete, the essay provides an idea to study of cement-sand-gravel and stone materials to dam.
