摘要
由于DMU50 e Volution双转台五轴属于非正交结构,加工程序的后置处理困难,为了避免五轴机床碰撞事故,在对机床各部件进行测量的基础上,首先利用UG软件对各部件建模;然后将机床三维模型导入VERICUT中,配置机床运动关系,并构建仿真机床;最后对叶轮产品进行了模拟仿真加工,验证了UG后置处理的正确性。
The DmuS0 eVolution five - axis double - turntable is the non - orthogonal structure, the rear process- ing program becomes difficult. Based on the measurement of all the machine parts, it uses UG software to model various components, imports the 3 D model into VERICUT, configures the movement relation of machine tool, and builds the simulation machine tool. On the basis of the above, it simulates the processing of impeller prod- ucts, optimizes the program and demonstrates the validity of the UG rear processing. This guarantees the enter- prise production.
