深部近距离煤层巷道掘进防突技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着煤矿开采深度的不断增大,在深部近距离煤层巷道掘进的过程中非常容易发生煤与瓦斯突出事故。为避免掘进过程中突出事故的发生,提出在距离煤层不同法向距离时应分别采取超前探测地质构造、前探测煤层、布设排放钻孔、加强支护等不同的防突措施。经过现场测试,该方法能够有效避免深部近距离煤层巷道掘进过程中煤与瓦斯突出事故的发生。它能够有效保持顶板的完整性,有效排放瓦斯,对巷道掘进防突技术的研究具有一定的参考意义。 With the increase of coal mining depth, coal and gas outburst accident were prone to happen when deep close distance coal seam roadway advancing. In order to avoid in the process of excavating burst accident, advanced detection of geological structure, advanced detection of coal seam, layout of drill hole, different outburst prevention measures such as strengthening support were adopted based on different normal distance from coal seam. Through site test, the method could effectively avoid the coal and gas outburst accidents in deep process of close distance coal seam roadway advancing. The technology could effectively maintain the integrity of the roof, be effective in gas drainage, have certain reference significance for outburst prevention technique in roadway advancing.
