分析式综合素质评价的困境及其突围对策 被引量:14

Predicaments of Analytical Evaluation on High School Students' Comprehensive Quality and Its Countermeasures

摘要 当前普通高中学生综合素质评价中存在的诸多困境,如指标分类不周全,观测点赋值困难,不同指标、不同主体、不同阶段的评价结果合成困难等,表面上看是技术问题,而实际上是思路问题,即错误地采用了"分析式"的思路对综合素质进行评价。实践中之所以会采用分析式的综合素质评价,根源在于应试教育的评价思路、简单化的评价方法、对综合素质的错误理解。要解决综合素质评价中的问题,必须采用"综合式"的思路对综合素质进行评价。具体而言有以下几点对策:综合性地理解综合素质、正确认识综合素质评价、重新设计评价技术、正确表达评价结果。 There are many predicaments in evaluation on high school students' comprehensive quality,such as index classification of students' comprehensive quality is not reasonable;valuation on observation point is difficult;synthesis of evaluation results of different index,different evaluation subjects,and different phases is not easy.It seems that these predicaments result from technical problems,but in fact they are originate from wrong approaches.In other words,analytical evaluation is impertinently adopted in evaluation on comprehensive quality.At the end,analytical evaluation is result from thinking of examination-oriented education,simplicity thinking and misunderstand of comprehensive quality.In order to solve these problems in evaluation on comprehensive quality,synthetical evaluation must be adopted.Concretely speaking,following countermeasures should be taken:the understanding of comprehensive quality must be synthesized,reasonable views on evaluation on Comprehensive Quality must be erected,evaluation techniques must be redesigned and evaluation results must be expressed properly.
