水蒸汽蒸馏-分光光度法测定钆镁合金中氟量 被引量:3

Determination of Fluorine Content in Gd-Mg Alloy by Water Vapor Distillation-spectrophotometry Chemical Analysis Method

摘要 研究了水蒸汽蒸馏分离-富集氟的条件。以丙酮为稳定剂、流程空白为参比,在40℃~45℃的水浴中保温50 min体系中氟离子与显色剂络合显色,于分光光度计630 nm处,进行溶液吸光值的测定,从而建立分光光度法测定钆镁合金中氟的方法。实验中,检测钆镁合金中氟量,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.36%(n=10),加标回收率在100.00%~104.00%之间。该方法适用于检测钆镁合金中含量在0.010%~0.50%之间的氟量。 In this paper,the conditions of separation and enrichment of fluorine with water vapor distillation were studied.The acetone was used as the stabilizer,and the process blank worked as the reference.The color reaction happened between fluorine and chromogenic reagent in water bath,the temperature of which was 40 ~ 45 ℃.After 50 min,the absorbance of the solution was detected on 630 nm of spectrophotometer.Finally,the method of spectrophotometry detecting fluorine content of Gd-Mg alloy has been proposed.The method was successfully used to determine fluorine in real samples with RSD of 1.36 % and recovery between 100.00 % and 104.00 %.The water vapor distillation-spectrophotometry applied to detect fluorine between 0.010 % and 0.50 % in Gd-Mg Alloy.
