摘要
稀土镁合金具有高强韧性、耐腐蚀和优异的抗蠕变性能等特性,在汽车、电子、航空航天等领域具有广阔的应用前景。针对稀土元素在镁合金中的行为以及稀土镁合金的制备方法进行概述,对重稀土镁合金、轻稀土镁合金、LPSO结构稀土镁合金的研发现状及应用情况予以分析说明。总结了稀土镁合金研发过程中所存在的诸多问题,并对稀土镁合金的发展前景进行简述。
Mg-RE alloy exhibits high strength,high toughness,excellent corrosion resistance and creep resistance,and has wide application prospect in automobile,electronics and aerospace.The effects of rare earth on performance,structure and preparation of Mg-RE alloy were overviewed.The research and applications status of heavy RE magnesium alloy,light RE magnesium alloy and Mg-RE alloy with long period stacking ordered structures were analyzed.At last,a series of problems existing in Mg-RE alloy research and development were summarized,and development prospect of Mg-RE alloy was discussed.
