摘要
对于我国城镇化的布局和形态,在国家"十二五"规划纲要中已经明确提出,"要不断提升城镇化的质量和水平,使城镇化工作成为我国现阶段加快转变经济发展方式、扩内需促增长的重要抓手"。海南加强与广东在城镇化方面的合作,既是落实国际旅游岛建设战略地位的重大举措,也是海南加快转变经济发展方式的重要突破口,关系到完善国家区域协调发展的大局。
China＇s 12th Five-Year Plan focus on opti- mize the urbanization layout and form, which means im- proving the quality and level of the urbanization.It＇s very import to speed up the transformation and expand domestic demand in our country. Hainan should strengthen the cooperation with Guangdong. It is a ma- jor measure to carry out the strategic position of in- ternational tourism island construction, and is also an important breakthrough to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development, in relation to im- prove the overall situation of national regional coor- dinated development.
